We tend to think that "more" is always more, and our lives are overloaded because of it. We start things but rarely stop, add things without subtracting, and work but rarely ever truly rest. In this message, Pastor Michael shares about how to cooperate with God's rhythm so that our lives don't feel so out of control. God's tool for establishing this rhythm is called a "Sabbath," and Michael answers two questions about it: (1) Why should Christians practice the Sabbath? and (2) How do we incorporate Sabbath into the rhythm of our lives?
